It is a quick, effective, and secure way to use DC power at low voltages. In the DC power supply circuit, the Schottky barrier rectifier can be utilized to convert the input AC current into DC current. In circuits involving DC power supplies, the Schottky barrier rectifier can also be employed as a boost converter.
