CRAFTS OF HIMACHAL PRADESH BY SUBHASHINI ARYAN & R.K. DATTA GUPTA [HARDCOVER] OLD BOOK

This is the first book to document the beauty of Himachal Pradesh crafts. This book captures the beauty of the picturesque people of this land, commonly known as Devabhumi – the abode of the gods – as they continue to express their innate creativity in numerous artifacts. Apart from fulfilling a functional purpose, these ‘crafts’ are steeped in tradition. The text highlights the link between the sophisticated classical tradition and the spontaneous rural art tradition.
