About Author :
V.M. Rao, HOC, Centre for Research and Publications 1992, and has been involved in research, training, and teaching. He is also Managing Editor of the journal Cooperative Perspective, and on the editorial boards of couple of national journals. He has completed consultancy projects worth about Rs. 40 lakhs during the last 14 years.
